1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
- The request is made within 2-3 days of receiving the order
- The product is unused, in original condition, and with original packaging
2 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or damaged items after delivery
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items returned after the return period has ended
- Sale or discounted items
3. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact us via email with your order details
- Share clear photos/videos of the issue
- Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
- If approved, we will guide you for return shipping or pickup
4. Refund Policy
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (bank transfer / wallet / etc.)
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
