  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery

  • The product is unused, in original condition, and with original packaging

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items after delivery
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • ⁠Items returned after the return period has ended⁠
  • Sale or discounted items

To request a return:

  1. Contact us via email with your order details
  2. Share clear photos/videos of the issue
  3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
  4. If approved, we will guide you for return shipping or pickup

 

4.⁠ ⁠Refund Policy
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (bank transfer / wallet / etc.)
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
